Greeting in the Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

The Carver Camp Board is excited to be providing our children with 2 weeks of Back to School Summer day Camp at our beautiful Carver Camp. We are asking you to help us fill the camp grounds with children from your church and neighborhoods. This is an impactful way to support our families and evangelize our children. We encourage volunteers to help at the campsite during the sessions.

Here is what we need:

· Announce the camp to your congregation and others

· Notify us of your participation

· Distribute the flyers– Download HERE

· Choose your sessions—1, 2, or Both sessions

· Sign up the children (www.carvercamp.org)

· Your Church Transportation -Bring the children and adult volunteers to camp
